NEWS: Microgaming latest slot game, Lucha Legends, has gone live with its partner sites such as BetVictor Casino. Hosted by Burro, El Diablo, Martio and Sal and Pepe, collectively five of Mexico’s finest wrestlers, Lucha Legends is a five-reel, 25-payline online slot that includes two selectable game modes.
The legendary luchadores pack a punch in normal game mode, where the Super Wild feature awards either two additional wilds or a 2x or 3x multiplier. Executing their signature wrestling moves, the masked marvels can randomly turn wild symbols into Super Wilds, which are triggered by the arrival of any winning or non-winning wilds in free spins.
Players also have the option to power up for the chance to win even greater prizes. Power Up Mode can be activated in the base game (and carries over into free spins if active on the free spins trigger) to double the total bet and significantly increase the hit frequency of the Super Wild feature, which is further enhanced during this mode, awarding either four additional wilds or a 3x or 5x multiplier. Packed with engaging features and striking character animations, Lucha Legends climbed into the ring on Wednesday 31 October and can be played now at Royal Panda Casino and Videoslots.

Growing Green’s a Hills target
Talking of Mr Green, the Sweden-based online betting firm is likely to be purchased by UK based bookmaker William Hill (for £242 million) as part of their attempt to become more present in European markets. Mr Green operates in 13 markets, with gambling licenses in Ireland, the UK, Denmark, Italy, Latvia and Malta under brands such as Redbet.
“This proposed acquisition accelerates the diversification of William Hill, immediately making us a more digital and more international business,” said William Hill CEO Philip Bowcock. “Mr Green will provide William Hill with an international hub in Malta, with market entry expertise and with strong growth momentum in a number of European countries. William Hill will move from a single brand to a suite of brands that can maximize growth opportunities moving forward in new and existing markets.” Mr Green’s Board of Directors of MRG has recommended the offer for acceptance by the shareholders.
