Kate Silverton’s the 2/1 Favourite to Quickstep out of Strictly

Stacey Dooley Unstoppable For Glitterball at 11/8?

Kate Silverton is being tipped to be the next celeb sent waltzing away on Strictly Come Dancing. The BBC presenter has been lingering along the bottom half of the leader-board from week one and at 2/1 she is the favourite to finally fall victim to her low scores.  Graeme Swann may have redeemed himself last weekend having featured in the bottom two the week previous, but at BoyleSports 5/2 he is the second favourite to fall back into old habits and be sent packing as a result.

Charles Venn narrowly escaped the dance off last Sunday after the judges voted to save the EastEnders’ star sending Ranj Singh home instead. However the stint in the bottom has tainted his time on Strictly as he goes into this weekend’s performance of a Charleston in the top three to be eliminated at 3/1.  Lauren Steadman isn’t in the clear either as her odds of 7/2 suggest she could be in danger of missing out on a Blackpool appearance should her Viennese Waltz fail to score high with the judges.

Stacey Dooley remains the firm favourite at 11/8 to take home the Glitterball trophy with Joe Sugg (11/4) and Faye Tozer (4/1) her key competitors in the betting. Aoife Heffron, Spokesperson for BoyleSports commented: “There are a host of celebrities in danger of being given their marching orders from Strictly Come Dancing, but it is Kate Silverton who is the current 2/1 favourite as she consistently scores low for her performances each week.”

She added “Stacey Dooley is going to be a tough one to beat as she dominates the betting as the 11/8 frontrunner and is the best backed by a country mile in the outright betting.”
